Reflection and Evaluation
There is an essential difference between evaluation and reflection;
Reflection is only possible after a situation has happened – you may consider, for example, how you should have behaved during a period of conflict or what I have gained from my participation.
Evaluation, however, occurs throughout the entire process. It occurs early on, for example, when you are considering what it is that is missing from your subject area and how your project may change this situation. The process of evaluation, as opposed to reflection, thus accompanies the whole project.
